Sam is passionate about telling stories through digital media that point people to the truth of the Gospel. Inspired by the way Jesus used parables to communicate clearly and meaningfully, he loves using photography, videography, and design to create content with eternal impact. Before joining Northside, Sam worked as a photographer and videographer for Indiana State University’s Marketing Department and also served as a Communications Intern at Maryland Community Church, helping lead campaigns, capture testimonies, and highlight life change through storytelling. He graduated from Indiana State University in May 2026 with degrees in Cultural Communication and Digital Communication & Media.

Originally from Indianapolis, Sam enjoys deep conversations over coffee, studying theology and church history, exploring the outdoors, traveling, and growing in filmmaking and creative media. He and his wife Chloe have been married since December 2024 and together they have two dogs, an Australian Shepherd and a Goldendoodle. Above all, Sam is excited to use creativity to help people see the beauty of God and the work He is doing through His Church.
